39 weeks 3 days

ahhhhh! so guess who got admitted to labor and delivery AGAIN after her appointment? oh, right. me! my blood pressure was high during my entire appointment. it was taken 3 times. my doctor sent me on over and i got hooked up to all the monitors again. i laid there for 2 hours. one blood pressure reading in two hours was high, the rest were normal. bloodwork came back normal. urine came back normal. baby's heartrate was normal. i'm having contractions every 5 minutes or so, but only feeling every third one and they aren't getting painful. i'm dialated 2cm. my doctor came back over after i'd been there a couple hours and said she wants me to come back in on thursday for more blood pressure monitoring (provided i don't have the baby by then.) she said (and she said the same thing this afternoon) if the blood pressure is still high, they'll induce. but based on the contractions i'm having, she doesn't see me going past my due date (which is friday!) so.... cross your fingers! i'd better have this baby by then or i am going to go postal.
