our little mischa has grown so much. i'm not sure of her current stats, but she's not yet 9 months and already growing out of size 9 month clothes! where this height thing came from is beyond me because neither jarratt or i am very tall!
if you hold her up on her feet and someone else sits a few feet away, she'll mostly walk to the other person. of course, crawling is a much faster way from point A to point B so that's what she wants to do. it's amazing to me that she's already getting the concept of walking at such a young age. her daycare providers call her a go-getter. i think a lot of the reason she's so advanced in her mobility is because of daycare and seeing all the big kids move around.
she dances now too. we have a stuffed singing santa and she will literally stop what she's doing and move to the beat when she hears him.
mischa absolutely loves wheel of fortune and jeopardy. she will sit for an hour watching them contently. it must be all the colors, letters, numbers and clapping that goes on in the shows. she loves clapping so we think she wants to take over vanna white's job when she retires.
she currently has 4 teeth. the two lower centrals and the two upper laterals. she looks sort of like a vampire without her front teeth (even though, it's not actually her canines that are in.) she's just keeping up with the current vampire trend of twilight. i'm a little concerned that the upper front teeth aren't in yet. i'm almost tempted to take her into my office and get a panograph to see where they are!
i'm getting very excited for christmas even though mischa will have no idea what it's all about. we went up to chop our tree down at the beginning of december. thank goodness my dad brought his camper up there, because she was not a happy baby stuffed into her snowsuit, hat, and mittens (aka, socks on her hands.) she hung out in the camper the whole time.
mischa is the light of my life. i don't remember what life was like without her, nor do i care to remember. with the season of thanks upon us, i'm thankful that we have such a wonderful, well behaved, charming baby.
